Project overview

Nano-Tag, a cutting-edge company in the single-domain antibody discovery services, approached us for a comprehensive web redesign and development project, coupled with a Google Ads campaign to drive qualified traffic and increase conversions.

Challenges:

Nano-Tag faced challenges in converting site visitors into customers and achieving a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) through its Google Ads efforts. The challenges existed due to the existing website was old-fashioned and not optimized for conversions despite following the industry standard, and the ad campaigns needed refinement to better align with customer intent.

Nano-Tag approached us for an out-of-the-box solution.

Website Design and Development:

We started by redesigning Nano-Tag’s website with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The new design featured clear call-to-actions, faster loading times, and an intuitive layout, all aimed at reducing bounce rates and improving engagement, while making the site information easier to digest for the target audience.

Google Ads Campaign Strategy:

Our team restructured the Google Ads campaigns to focus on highly targeted keywords and optimized bidding strategies. We introduced A/B testing for ad creatives, experimented with various ad formats, and utilized advanced audience segmentation to ensure the ads reached the most relevant audience. We also pinpoint the most relevant region in US and DE, to optimize the Ad Spending.

Project Results:

Significant Improvements in Key Metrics:

Conversion Rate: The conversion rate improved steadily over the course of the campaign, reaching its highest point in May 2024 at 2.07%, up from an average of less than 1% in early 2023. This increase is a direct result of both the new website design and the refined Google Ads strategy.

Cost per Conversion: While the cost per conversion varied, the optimized campaigns led to a balance between cost and conversion quality. On average, the cost per conversion is at around €400, which for this particular niche is a very sweet spot, considering the Customer Lifetime Value in this sector is at hundreds of thousands of Euros.

Overall Impact:

Our combined efforts in web design and Google Ads significantly enhanced Nano-Tag’s online presence and sales performance. The data shows a clear trend of improving user engagement and conversion efficiency, demonstrating the success of the project in achieving Nano-Tag’s business objectives.
